Fishing Boat For Sale

here’s what we are working with.
i am about to go into the fish business.i already have a boat.i am planning on opening a store where i have fresh fish on sale(clean and packaged and delivered to prospect customers)

what i need is information on how to get started.
-advertising/marketing
-equipment and supplies
-prospective customers
-how should i go about getting them(questionnaires,phone please help!!)
-since i’d be delivering does location matter?
-apart from fish what else should i include(sell) or should i be offering free things along with the fish delivers
-what are the different perks should i include to keep customers and how do i build customers
